Follow all lifeguard instructions and ride guidelines. The park management is not responsible for injuries resulting from negligence or failure to follow safety rules.
Management reserves the right of admission and may ask guests to leave if rules are violated.
Tickets booked online are non-cancellable once the payment is processed. However, you may request a date change at least 24 hours before your visit date, subject to availability.
Refunds are only processed in case of full-day park closure due to exceptional technical reasons or management decisions. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions like rain (the park stays open during rain).
If you fail to visit the park on your selected date, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
